Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Yritykseni ("we," "us," or "our"), a service operated by YTL Finland Oy (reg. no. 2915894-4), headquartered at Turvalaaksonkuja 2, Vantaa, Finland. This Terms of Service ("ToS") agreement governs your use of our freelance management platform, available viayritykseni.com (the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility & User Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• If using our Gmail integration, have a valid Google account
• Use the Service solely for lawful purposes, particularly in the management of freelance legal work

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use

By using our Service, you agree:

• To use the Service only for the purpose of managing freelance legal work
• Not to engage in illegal activities, spam, or unauthorized access to data
• Not to modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the functionality of the Service
• Not to violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

4. Google OAuth & Data Usage

Our Service integrates with Google OAuth to allow users to manage their freelance-related emails directly. By authorizing our app, you consent to the following:

• Our Service will only access your Gmail account to enable drafting, managing, and organizing emails
• We will not store or analyze the content of your emails beyond what is necessary for Service functionality
• Google's OAuth policies and terms apply

You can revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings.

5. User Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately to katariina@yritykseni.com
• We implement industry-standard security measures, but we are not liable for any unauthorized access beyond our control

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law:

• We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the Service
• We are not liable for any loss, damages, or legal claims arising from your use of the Service
• Our liability, if established, is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months

7. Modifications & Termination

• We reserve the right to update these ToS at any time
• Your continued use of the Service after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms
• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these ToS or applicable laws

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved inFinnish courts.
